Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Time Sage mobile application (the "App") operated by Time Sage ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law
- Use the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation or security
3. User Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create or store in the App, including tasks, notes, and calendar information. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
4. Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, or modify the App at any time. Certain features may change, become unavailable, or require a newer app version.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or app store infrastructure). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
6. App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Time Sage and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Sage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date.
